Arts and Crafts Alexandra secretary Robyn Creighton shows off a display of Christmas-themed craft work from the Alexandra Sewing Circle at Alexandra Community House.
Seven of the eight groups under the Arts and Crafts umbrella are preparing for an artists’ quarter and sales table at Central Stories Art Gallery and Museum from September 23 to 29.
Mrs Creighton said the incorporated society included the sewing circle, patchworkers, miniature makers, modellers, cake decorators, potters, artists and spinners and weavers.
All except the Central Otago Arts Society would be included in the artists’ quarter. The arts society would hold its annual display and sale at Central Stories at the same time.
